Today I had the special honor of speaking with Mauricio Ramos, managing member of Demidici group, a real estate investment firm with 135 doors and 9M AUM with the majority of properties being in San Antonio and McAllen Texas.
In this episode, Mauricio shares his experience starting in real estate through mobile home investing to wholesaling single family and then eventually finding success through multifamily wholesaling. Mauricio shares how he has been able to whole sale multifamily units for six figures and what has allowed him to scale his investment portfolio by finding great off market deals.
