If you ever told me I would be launching a series of podcasts, I would say, “no way!” It has been an incredible journey to get me to this point to sit behind a microphone. But for several years I knew I would either right a book about my journey to health and wellness or have some sort of platform to talk about it. I am NOT a spotlight person, however I am very passionate about sharing information! I have been fortunate to be able to work with some of the most amazing doctors, chiropractors, acupuncturist, muscle testers and many more that over the years have helped me get to the root of my problems and get me where I am today through conventional medicine, functional medicine, diet and supplementation.
