Episode 12 - Culture can't be copied - with Radek Sali

In this episode of None Of My Business, I'm joined by Radek Sali. Radek stands as one of Australia’s most successful business people and a serial entrepreneur in the health and wellness sector. 

He revolutionised the Swisse Wellness group by making the category aspirational, pioneering the use of brand ambassadors. As CEO, Radek created a positive working culture (winning ‘the best place to work in Australia’ in 2015 and 2016) and charted record sales. In 2015 Radek helped negotiate the sale of the group to Hong Kong-listed Biostime for $1.7 billion, one of the biggest private company transactions in Australian history.

Radek used the proceeds to set up a company, Light Warrior, with ex Goldman Sachs banker Adam Gregory. Light Warrior is an investment group committed to creating shared value by investing in businesses that are socially responsible and environmentally conscious.
