On this episode, we talk to Kristen Corpion. Kristen the face of the modern lawyer.  After graduating summa cum laude from UC Berkeley, she started her career at one of the biggest international law firms in the world. Just a few years later, she left BigLaw to start her own virtual practice, CORPLaw, which offers concierge legal services to growing and mature businesses, including technology companies and startups. Along the way she racked up numerous awards and distinctions and recently launched her latest endeavor, SideBar. SideBar is an innovative community-based initiative that brings together lawyers and other legal professionals to collaborate and drive changes in the legal industry. As if all of that wasn’t enough, she’s also heavily involved in both the Miami-Dade Bar Association, as well as the Florida Bar Association, is an adjunct professor at Florida Int’l University and is working on her first book.
