4) Have employees create a schedule that works for them and allows them to deliver on time.

5) Create buddies/partnership and accountability.

6) Share and encourage dialog around your vision & culture

7) Treat your employees as responsible, committed employees with the expectation that they will accomplish everything that needs to be accomplished.
