I talk about my personal experience with irrational fear and anxiety and how I beat it through self-awareness and meditation. Meditating can help you become self-aware of yourself and some things you may have never known about yourself. Take back control of your life by changing the thoughts in your head first. Do not let fear and anxiety ruin your day, week, month, year, life or give you stress. Break free of depression.
