9 Signs a client is going to be a da*n PROBLEM.

It’s true, “All money ain’t good money.” A lot of the problems we endure with our nightmare clients could be avoided if we take the time to do a little research and take heed to the signs that they show us. Nearly all of my clients are a pleasure to work with, but I’ve also worked with a different type of client and I could just *bink bink*! Sometimes we see signs and ignore them because we need the money, But I’ve learned one thing: Peace of mind beats ALL!

In this episode, we discuss 9 signs that a prospective client is going to be a PROBLEM.

From 9-5 to entrepreneurship ft Zhamese Mead

Most of us want to start our own business and leave our 9-5, but just don't have the resources or the guidance to do it.

In this episode Zhamese and I talk about:

+ How to transition from a corporate job to becoming your own boss.

+ What kind of mindset shifts need to happen in order for us to be successful and sustainable entrepreneurs?

+ When is it time to get a business coach? How do you pick a coach for you?

Here's more from Zhamese:

I am Zhamese, business owner, and entrepreneurial coach for high performing professionals. I offer my clients the opportunity to transfer their lives from being an unfulfilled 9-to-5 employee to being the confident and fulfilled CEO/BOSS that they always wanted to be. I began this journey by first working on myself to remove all limiting beliefs and crappy strategy to leave my cushion-y salaried job as a Corporate Recruiter (I started my career VERY YOUNG) to build my own multiple 6-figure bakery business by the age of 22, now I teach my clients how to create that for themselves!

It's ok to Pivot ft. Zaakirah Nayyar.

Many of us are afraid to pivot but it doesn't have to be scary!

In this episode, Zaakirah and I discuss:

+ What it takes to be an entrepreneur
+ Why entrepreneurship  isn't for everyone
+ How her childhood cancer shaped who she is now.

Here's a little bit about Zaakirah:

Zaakirah Muhammad is a 27-year-old cancer survivor, Sagittarius, world traveler, author, podcaster, brand cultivating strategist, professional photographer, and digital marketer. She helps small businesses to make your social media pages look good and advise you on the best social media tactics for growing and being consistent with your brand on social media. At 6 months old, a camera saved her life. At 9 months old, she was taken into surgery to have her right eye removed due to a rare childhood eye cancer tumor that was detected by a photo her mom took. Her hearing slowly began to decline as she got older, but her other three senses kicked in and are functioning well. At age five her mom gifted her with her first camera. She received her first digital camera in middle school. By the time she attended technical high school, she studied commercial photography. She never strayed too far from her purpose in life. Later on, she moved to Washington D.C. to expand her education in professional photography and videography. She currently resides in Nashville, Tennessee. She has traveled to 10 countries so far. She took her professional camera on most of her out of country travels but Ghana, West Africa was the first time that others viewed her work as if they were on the trip and have traveled with her, due to the way she beautifully captures sceneries and personalities. She loves capturing the essence of humanity. As a people person and an empath, she wants her legacy to include the fact that she was able to see the good in you, help you live your best life, which inspired you to step outside of your comfort zone. She is the author of Seeing Life Through a Different Lens: A Survivor’s Memoir on Overcoming Adversity with Resilience. She also hosts the podcast called Living Legacy.
