What Does SEO Success Look Like in 2023? Measuring & Monitoring Your SEO Efforts

When business development managers at Pure SEO sit down with a small business owner or marketing manager, they make clear upfront that SEO is a long game. Search Engine Optimisation, when done the right way, may not yield meaningful results for months—sometimes up to a year or more—but those results are sustainable and robust, delivering ongoing returns well beyond your initial investments.

SEO campaigns target organic search engine rankings. Search engines like Google determine these rankings using highly secret algorithms that consider tens of thousands of ranking factors. The complexity and confidentiality of the process can make quantifying your SEO success difficult. How do you know if your SEO is working? To what extent? What metrics make the best indicators of SEO success, and what are the best tools to track them?

To explore these questions and more, we sit down with Prabin Yonzon, Pure SEO’s Head of Organic Search and CRO, and Olga Antipova, a technical SEO specialist at Pure SEO.

The Age of Performance Max – What Does it Mean for Your Google Ads Campaigns? | Good Content Episode 05

In late 2021, Google announced that Performance Max, a comprehensive Ads campaign type that would display ads across all of Google’s seven channels, would replace Smart Shopping and Local campaigns. According to Google, Performance Max “combines Googles automation technologies across bidding, budget optimisation, audiences, creatives, attribution, and more.”

These upgrades occurred over the course of 2022. As we head into the new year, the time is now to start thinking about the future of your Google Ads campaigns.

In this episode of Good Content, Pure SEO Director of Content Marketing Rollan Schott sits down with SEM Specialist Kris Castigador and Pure SEO’s Head of Paid Search Graham Gilbert. Listen as we discuss Performance Max and what it means for your Google Ads campaigns moving forward.
