Short and Sweet - a taste of what to expect! Hint - everything you need re; purpose, & business is right here! Transcription Welcome to our first ever episode of Finding Purpose Made Easy! My name is Sallie Francis and I am the host, Part of my purpose is to lead change in the world. I believe that when people find purpose and start living authentically and in alignment that collectively we will make an enormous change in the world. This podcast is about helping you find your purpose, to launch a purposeful business and where I cover the best systems & processes that streamline and automate your business, for growth, scalability and personal balance. It is the ideal place to get everything you need, in one place and aims to take the overwhelm and information overload away, helping you to be clearer about your and your businesses direction. You can expect topics around finding your purpose, strategies on launching your business including how to structure, plan forecast. We will look at Branding, Marketing and Social Media, Web Design, Sales Funnels, Lead magnets, Email Automation, Customer Experience Mapping, Course Creation and Content. We will cover topics on designing for growth and scalability and looking at ways to automate and streamline for increased productivity and efficiency allowing you to either scale up or take a step down without reducing your income. We will shine a spotlight on some best practice processes and the best tools, systems & software available to you. Sometimes, we will showcase case studies with special guests and occasionally we will even bust out a discussion on tried and proven social systems that could offer real solutions to current global issues. I help individuals find purpose, new entrepreneurs build a purposeful business, and existing business streamline for growth. I love all aspects of business, ’I am a Systems, Software and Process nerd, I am also an artist, lover of nature and changemaker! Originally a Sydney sider, I now live on the Sunny Coast in QLD, I met my husband 15 years ago and we have 2 beautiful girls. We live in a Tiny House which we built. I started my career in Recruitment as a Trainee Administrator. Over 10 years I became a Senior Consultant and Business Administration Manager within various Recruitment industries. As Business Manager, I was responsible for many system implementations and best practice process design. It was during this period I fell in love with systems and jumped ship. I then went into Systems Design, Implementation, eLearning Development, Process and Systems Analysis. Wherever you are in business, I have been there! I struggled with Anxiety and Panic for 12+yrs. I learnt that a source of my anxiety was not connecting to or living my truth. Alongside lifestyle changes, I found my purpose and aligned my business endeavours to complement it. As a result, I alleviated my anxiety and panic I built my purpose-led business from scratch & I also created a 2nd business (Feel Good Food Boxes), a project to model how to build a profitable social impact business. All of which would not have been possible without my business and system know-how. That is why I am so passionate about helping other individuals and businesses grow while connecting to their purpose because I know how life-changing that can be. I know you did not get into business to feel trapped in the humdrum of admin and red tape. I know that you want to show up, do what you love and have financial security. I can’t wait to start helping you live your purpose and make a bigger impact in your business!
