Forget about what it is you think you should say, and just say what you want to say.

For example, what do I do?

I solve a lot of problems day in day out, people call me with their crap, and I solve those problems. And it usually starts with the taking the emotion out of the problem and then working towards, you know, a solution.

A solution in business. A solution for the client. A solution with a staff member.

I'm a problem solver. I don't necessarilly want "the solver" written underneath my name. But when somebody says to me, what do I do?

If I've got nothing else to say that day, I'm happy to say I'm a problem solver.
