Sharing when I realized I was experiencing seasonal depression. The Google definition of seasonal depression is that it is a mood disorder characterized by depression that occurs at the same time every year. Seasonal depression is usually self-diagnosable and resolves within months. Seasonal depression should still be treated. Please seek medical professionals to help you.
