Wesley "Wes" Geer, founder of the "G-punk" group Hed PE as well as a long-time touring guitarist of KoЯn, visited the show to talk about the things we never stop to consider would be the way they are in recovery. Geer's main passion is bringing the healing power of music to rehabs through his groundbreaking therapy program Rock to Recovery ), which "was created to help soothe the restless souls of those in recovery ... we do this by creating a “band” and writing and recording songs together with Rock to Recovery’s staff of professional musicians, who are also in recovery." Artists in this episode include Red Hot Chili Peppers, Linkin Park, and Phantogram.
