My guest today is Milind Kelkar Milind is a veteran of consumer research and analytics domains and is currently the Chief Analytics Officer at Unpickle, a Customer Experience Platform provider He holds a doctorate degree in marketing sciences from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore as well as a metallurgical engineering degree from VNIT, Nagpur. In his last corporate role before turning into an entrepreneur 7 years back, Milind was heading Products & Solutions at Genpact, a global leader in Business Process Management. Previously, he had held leadership roles in analytics consulting companies like Kantar and Marketics and also at a large bank, HSBC At Unpickle, Milind specializes in text analytics for open ended questions in customer surveys and online reviews.
