Episode #005 hosted by brothers, Kyle Mauch & Trevor Mauch with special guests, former Executive Vice President of Operations for Disney World Resort, Lee Cockerell and Co-Founder and CEO of Dutch Bros, Travis Boersma. This episode hits deep on company culture, hiring and firing, and how your culture and initial expectations will dictate employees success.

Dutch Bros is the largest drive through coffee chain in the United States primarily west coast based currently. It started from a push cart ran by two brothers in rural Oregon in the early 1990's and grew into a massive cultural phenomena that is growing faster than any other coffee chain in the USA. In the NorthWest Dutch Bros is one of the most sought after jobs by high school and college aged people and has a following that has bought into the company culture even more than the coffee they serve.

Disney World needs no introduction. Lee helped shape the magic in the Magic Kingdom as well as helped grow Marriott Hotels into what they are today before he found his way to Disney. Lee is recognized as one of the top experts in business operations in the world.
