·
As many of us prepare for another week of adjusting to life from home full-time, I wanted to provide a few tips to help manage this new experience for many of us.
I’m no stranger to managing life with kiddos at home while working. At one point I had 3 kids under 3 with ZERO childcare, so I know a few things about finding clarity in the chaos. As many of us are now working at home with the whole family, I wanted to share a few things I’ve learned on how to make it work and feel more spacious.
And in the spirit of service, I’ve decided to open up my calendar for the next few weeks for FREE 30 MINUTE coaching sessions. You can use these 30 minutes to talk about whatever is coming up for you - business, anxiety, fear, navigating the chaos, ANYTHING - and I will hold that space for you and support you in whatever way I can. It's free and ZERO strings attached. Book your call from my Instagram page!

97: This feels important! (Show announcement)
Kari has a special announcement - she’s launched a new show! It’s called This Feels Important and it’s an exploration into the hairy, scary, weird, and sometimes orgasmic journey of navigating our ever-evolving relationships to self, others, and the world around us.
Your hosts, Kari Keating and Tory Dube - along with a lineup of epic guests - open the floor for honest discussions about the taboo feels (sex! money!), the painful feels (miscarriages! divorce! grief!), and the fun feels (psychedelics! sex again!) that are inevitable, necessary and freaking important as we all navigate the highs, lows and in-betweens of the human experience.
To highlight the next evolution of Kari, Work Hard Mom Hard is putting a spotlight on the first episode. In the inaugural episode, Kari and Tory share their inspiration for the podcast (hint: they went through some things), their intentions for this new exploration, and the one thing they hope you will gain from joining them. Let’s start the feels!
