The bubble is the Kirkland Signature Champagne and the hidden gem is the Chateau Beau Soleil Pomerol. They pair Chicken Parmigiana Sliders from Flyway and they make a big board of speck, prosciutto, Barolo salumi, soppressata, coppa, Comte cheese, cheddar, goat cheese, gouda, and mozzarella on it. It a great time!

Liquor from Costco-Land with Marie
1h 3m · PublishedWhile dad is off adventuring again, Marie joins Josh for a virtual recording where they both go to Costco to get some of their in-house brand, Kirkland Signature, liquors. They both were able to get the 7 year old Tennessee Straight Bourbon Whiskey. As a second pour, Josh gets their anejo tequila which was very surprising. Marie was unable to get the tequila so she bought their Spiced Rum. They have a great time chatting about trying theses liquors and see where Kirkland could have a place in your home bar.

For the Passover meal wine he serves the Kosher Barkan classic Cabernet sauvignon from Israel with kosher braised brisket, and latkes.
