36m · Published 18 Jan 12:20

When André Solomon was in music school, he was one of only five Black students in a department of over 400. That experience, combined with the financial hardships of his childhood, codified a passion for creating more equitable pathways (and more pathways in general!) for young Black musicians to enter into the field.
