This week we're heading back to Darin’s hometown of Philadelphia to chat with Colin McFadden and Chef Drew DiTomo, two of the founders of the new restaurant / bar / tap room, Meetinghouse. It is a beautifully designed space and they chat about that design, why they wanted to open up a spot in Philadelphia, what it means to carry on the legacy of being a local, and how they have weaved themselves into the fabric of the neighborhood.
