It’s about finding a way to mix up your craft and giving people something new, and raw, and exciting. Once you’ve found a way to mix it then you have to master it. It’s hard to stay focused and do what you need to do in order to get to where you want to be. It takes self discipline, everyday. If I’m not writing I’m trying to master something I’ve already written. And I do this because I’m gunning for the top spot. Even Kendrick Lamar said in an interview that he’s got to practice everyday because he knows there’s a 16 year old kid out there trying to take his spot. I want that spot badly. These words are being spoken by an amazing young artist who goes by Blavk San. With musical guest, 2017 Carolina music hip hop artist of the year, OC from NC.
