This week, Jared welcomes Mohammed from MOBEAST gaming back to the show to discuss the potential of a Superman video game, the Suicide Squad and Gotham Knights games, the possibility that the Wonder Woman game will be released, and so much more.  

It was a pleasure to have Mohammed back on the show to discuss video games. There is so much potential with DC characters for epic games. DC needs to take advantage of this to catch up with Marvel's dominance in the video game market.

This week, Jared and Nick From Phoenix Press welcome legendary comic writer Chuck Dixon to the podcast. They discuss Batman Knightfall Trivia,  DC and Marvel editorial issues, The Punisher, and so much more. If you have read a Batman comic, chances are you have read some of Chuck's work. It was such a fun time having Chuck on the show, and we hope to have him back on the show. They also discuss his current independent projects.  

Chuck is one of the most accomplished writers in all of comics, and one cannot overstate his impact on Batman, Punisher, Nightwing, and so many character in Marvel and DC.

This week, Jared outlines the romantic history of the Man of Steel. He talks about Wonder Woman, Maxima, Lois Lane, and others as he traces the historical pairings for Superman since his publication. Also, he discusses why Superman and Wonder Woman are the best paring and how interesting it would be if Clark entered into a relationship with Supervillains such as Lashina and Volcana.   

Thanks to Raul Ryan for suggesting this topic. Superman is one of the characters that DC has paired with a variety of women but have ultimately brought him back to Lois. This is do to a vocal minority who believe Clark must always be with Lois and not with anyone else (and yet they complain that DC never does anything new with Superman).

This week, Jared reviews the latest entry into the MCU saga, Thor: Love and Thunder. Wow, this was a very meh movie. Jared discusses the plot, characters, contradictions, and blatant issues with this movie. He discusses the movies overuse of comedy, the issue with Jane Foster Thor, and why Taika Waititi should never direct another Thor movie, ever.   

So this was easily the worst of the Thor movies. Not that it was irredeemable, but when compared to the others, it does not hold up. Could this indicate that the MCU is fading away?

This week, Jared welcomes Hanna to the show to discuss The Boys Season 3 and why the SnyderVerse is better than the MCU. They discuss what sets Zack Snyder's movies apart from superhero movies, Why the MCU movies are the same thing over and over again, and why much of the criticism surrounding Snyder's movies is disingenuous. Also, they outline their favorite SnyderVerse moments and the likelihood that the Verse will be restored.

This week, Jared and Nick from The Phoenix Press discuss how to fix the DCEU. They outline how they would arrange the DCEU, what projects would come out, and which characters would get movies. Also, the boys select horrible superhero movies and take steps to fix them (plots, characterizations, etc). Finally, they analyze Christopher Nolan's Dark Knight trilogy.    This was such a fun creative exercise to take a universe we love and that has struggled, and fix it.
