Doctor Dee Ramsel has an award-winning career as a clinical psychologist, a mental health executive, a college professor, and the former Executive Director of the Veterans Health Administrations National Center for Organizational Development. She's a Senior Consultant with AAL.

Dr. Tawana Ware is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist and an Adjunct Professor of Pediatric Dentistry at Indiana University in Indianapolis. At this August's Institute for Teaching and Learning in Chicago, she'll lead two sessions:

1. Building from Knowledge to Integration: Social Determinants of Health and Curriculum Scaffolding

2. Integrating Clinical Case-based Scenarios in Course Curriculum

Dr. Stewart will be leading two sessions at the Institute for Teaching and Learning this August in Chicago for AAL.

Dr. Perry Rettig, a distinguished professor of education at Piedmont University and senior fellow at AAL discusses his book Battle in the Trenches: How Leaders in Academia Can Learn from Elite Athletes and Coaches. He'll also talk about leading a pair of sessions at the 2023 Chairs and Academic Administrators Management Program this July in Atlanta. 

Dr. Gary Pape talks about his journey from general practice to Associate Professor at California North State College of Dental Medicine. He also discusses the importance of the Institute for Teaching and Learning (https://aalgroup.org/itl/) in the transition.

J. Glenn Forister, PhD, PA-C, Dean of the School of Health Professions at the University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth, talks about the future of higher ed and health professions education in particular and recommends what faculty and leaders need to train for to succeed in this brave new world.
