All About The Joy

Practicing Self-care has become a very well-known subject. The word itself can turn people off, but this weekend, I experienced something that surprised me and made me feel such joy I just wanted to share it with everyone and also remind everyone -- finding joy and uplifting our spirit is a form of self-care. This is how I do it!
