A short story - a moment of what happened to me yesterday as I was leaving an office building.  You just never know what can happen and sometimes, without even realizing it, things can always turn out to be a good thing... maybe even a blessing.

As employers we tend to forget that burn-out is a thing.  We also think that showing praise to our best employees is by giving them more and challenging work to accomplish. Actually, that may be the worst thing we can do.

I honestly think, if you're using a recruiter to hire your next employee and they're using automated tests as part of their process, you're doing hiring all wrong.  If you don't take the time to look for the right employee, you'll end up losing them.  Finding the right person to work for you has nothing to do with testing and everything to do with the hard work it takes to find the right person to fill your job opening.
