We are celebrating Global Entrepreneurship Week! Throughout the the month of November, so on this new season podcast I will interview remarkable business leaders and entrepreneurs.

Today, am thrilled to have Ms Debbie Olabisi a businesswoman, Author and she is a practicing member of the Chartered Insurance Institute and the Society of Will Writers. She attended FGGC Bida, Niger State in Nigeria. She graduated with a degree in Computer Science, and has an MBA in Finance. She’s worked with 3 major banks in Nigeria for over 12 years before relocating to the UK in 2011. 
 
 She joined MetLife as a Sales Adviser in 2012 and in 2014 joined Eunisure Ltd, and currently with Precise Protect where she is a Specialist Mortgage & Protection Adviser. 
 
 She is the Principal Consultant/CEO of Ecarg Financial Solutions. 
 Debbie enjoys helping people with their protection plans.
She will speak to us today about placing protection on the map in an economy that is currently experiencing a living crisis.

Today, am thrilled to have Demetria Buie a businesswoman, author, mentor, and public speaker from Louisiana. A two-time divorcee and junior high school dropout, although she could have allowed her situation to negatively affect her life, but instead she utilised it as motivation.

To impact the lives of others and herself by using her experiences. She decided to proceed along the path that God had prepared for her, never letting anything stop her. Demetria began developing courses and books to encourage other women from broken homes after deciding to do what she believed was best for her. Being able to assist others is a blessing, and she enjoys using her words to encourage and enlighten people from all walks of life. She organises retreats and conferences for female entrepreneurs. We are honouring Global Entrepreneurship week! This new season of the podcast will feature interviews with outstanding business executives and remarkable women and men entrepreneurs during the month of November.

Today, am thrilled to have Tracey Sokoya, the Creative Food Director of Traycees and the Founder of the EdTech start-up Kitchen Cottage Academy, on the show today. She is dedicated to encouraging communities to adopt healthy eating practises.

She is the author of two cookbooks and eBooks for children that have won accolades and recognitions from a variety of communities. Today, In this Episode am thrilled to have Veronica Modupe Yusuf, Director and CEO of Sterling Careers Limited. Educated with a MSc in Human Resources Management and over 10 years Business Analysis experience, successfully adding value to reputable organizations across various sectors and domains. 

She also made a pivot into the field of data privacy over 4 years ago, leading the compliance department of a large worldwide organisation and spearheading a non-profit initiative that encouraged midlife career changes. 

She is now on a mission to help her students and clients, especially women who may have had career gaps due to family responsibilities, to acquire self confidence and useful skills so they can get back into the workforce. She overcame the challenges of a job transition, after giving birth and in her 30s. She specialises in data privacy and IT business analysis.

So today She will speak to us as the director and CEO of Sterling Careers Limited and share how she assist women who are mid-career in reskilling so they can break into the tech industry.

To achieve the financial freedom you desire, identify what it is that you are passionate about.

How former paratrooper became a discipline coach

Women have served in the military in a variety of roles in different states throughout history. Many countries currently allow women to serve as pilots, mechanics, and infantry officers in the military. In this episode, I'm joined by Alice Santos, a former paratrooper who worked for the Special Forces of the Portuguese Army.

Her military career began as a paratrooper in the Portuguese Army's Special Forces. She was 1 of 7 women out of 98 men within her base at the time, As a female in a primarily male environment, she learned the value of self-discipline, self-confidence, and empowerment in overcoming hurdles as a female seeking to stand out.

After a severe injury in 2005, she had to drop out of her dream career in the military. She worked as a General Manager in the hospitality industry for over ten years. She found her passion and purpose in coaching and empowering ambitious women to think like a warrior and level up their potential.
