Meet my Guest Dr. Kimberely Sanders is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of SisterZ with Hope & Faith, Inc. While being one of the few female, minority executives in the medical field for the past 20 years, she has worked just as diligently in the field of social justice and reform: attending workshops and interviewing female inmates with the intention of helping people in all walks of life.

Her Non- profit organisation SisterZ with Hope & Faith creates a support system that aids in the transition to a healthy way of life. Through a specific algorithmic blend of law enforcement, education, outreach, vocational training, career placement, psychiatric counseling, and legal services, we are able to fully restore our guests and drastically reduce recidivism.

Meet my Guest, Emma Hawkins is  single mum to 3 gorgeous kids 17, 14 and 11. She started her international FX brokerage early 2020 (before the pandemic hit the world) - An all a female team, driving the gender gap in the world of FX.  Emma started on her own and  now have 6 ladies and 1 non-exec director working for her.

She has introducers globally who help find potential clients. Emma has  incredible connections within the law, family office and investment sector!  I interviewed Cllr Afolasade Bright  Cabinet Member for Employment Skills & Aspirations LBBD/ Former Civic Mayor of Hackney. She will be sharing how you can give back to your community through your skills and her upcoming book launch taking place on the 7th of February online. Councillor Sade Bright is Cabinet Member for Employment, Skills and Aspiration in Barking and Dagenham, working closely with businesses, schools and colleges, higher education providers, charities and community groups in this role.
Previously Councillor Bright was the very first Cabinet Member for Equalities and Cohesion where she developed important borough events such as Women’s Empowerment Month and Black History Month, implemented the borough’s Gender Equality Charter and worked with faith organisations and community groups across the borough to promote inclusiveness and diversity.
