In this episode, I’m sharing the formula for getting WHAT YOU WANT !!

you might have heard of reverse engineering… well this is the breakdown of how it works.

Stephen Covey… start with the end in mind

  1. Know what it is - specificity, get grounded into it
  2. Know how you’ll measure it - numbers/feeling? reward and celebration !!
  3. Plan the milestones towards it (usually between 5-7)
  4. Know the blockers (and then manage them)
  5. Take action !!

#54 Getting Better Results for your Clients

When you set out on your journey to build a coaching business, I’m pretty sure a big part of the pull you felt, was because you wanted to help people.

Maybe you came from a corporate role, or you’ve got a lived experience of something that other people struggle with. Whatever your background, coaching is all about our mission to help and support others.

My mission is to help women create wealth through their wisdom and expertise. I really do care about your feeling about showing up and selling with confidence, because when you do that, you’ll be able to help and serve more people with your gift.

So far I’m privileged to have taught over 2,500 people to sell with ease, not sleaze, and I’ve helped my clients to make over $ 2 million. Wow, that feels so good to say out loud!!

But one of the things I hear a lot from the women coaches that I support is that they worry about being able to create results for their clients. They believe 100% in what they do, but then carry the burden of their clients implementing and getting a tangible ROI.

So I created my SPRINT METHOD as a way to not only get results but to get FAST and CERTAIN results.

Some of the vital components of getting RESULTS for your clients are;

  • Specificity of the result you create - how clear are you on exactly what they really want?
  • Process - do you have a tried and tested process that creates certainty?
  • Resources - you’ll need to be able to support the client with the new learning
  • Implementation - what do the support and accountability look like?
  • Next steps - what’s the purpose and longer-term tangible outcome?
  • Tracking success is always important as it’s how you’ll know when to celebrate success

#53 My BEST Tips for Getting Sold Out in your Launch

Once you commit to doing a live launch, you want to make it the BEST ever!! And the truth is, live launching is a phenomenal way to increase the size of your audience, build lasting connections and trust and of course… make money.

Live launching gives you that big cash injection that feels so rewarding, but it can also bring with it some mindset wobbles, overwhelm and a total rollercoaster of emotion.

I’ve created this episode to give you 6 practical tips to keep things simple, and super successful.

Here’s a reminder of the tips I shared;

  1. Give yourself enough time to plan (at least 2 weeks before a Masterclass, and 4 weeks for a 5-day Challenge). The whole launch is usually 6 weeks and the more you create content in advance, the easier it will feel.
  2. Use my 6P Framework to support you - Planning, Pre-launch, Promote, Present, Profit, and Post-launch.
  3. Forecast your numbers - expect a 25-30% show-up rate and plan for it.
  4. Manage your mindset and energy. It’ll feel like a rollercoaster but enjoy it. Self-doubt may kick in, feeling like you can’t show up anymore, worrying that you’re being annoying. Keep going.
  5. Make it personal - the more you reach out and create a personal connection, the better the launch will convert.
  6. Remember - the revenue is in the replay and the fortune is in the follow-up!!
