It takes more than, goals, plans and man power to achieve your goals... Every goal has a demand for you to attain it, if you can't give it the exact ingredient, you'll definitely fall short.

Your outcome is largely dependent on the meaning you give to events.

Impact and influence is a form of leadership with ingenuity. How does it start? It begins with personal leadership that evolves into societal leadership. Personal leadership begins with your ability to confidently make decisions that are personal to you. Don't delegate personal choices. Believe in your ability to choose for yourself. However, this should be informed decision. Take advice from those that have gone ahead of you, but don't completely depend on their advice. Make sure that your decision is as a result of personal conviction after contemplation and deliberation on sage advice. Be a student. Be a researcher. Be one that can confide in people, but don't do it blindly. Don't loose your personal leadership that has the capacity to change lives. Don't be a follower, be a student. Be a learner. To the leaders now, ensure you give younger people in your industry the opportunity to do their findings. Ask them a lot of questions. Make them think and come up with solutions. This is how legacy is built. When people figure things out on their own with your guidance, they become masters eventually. However, if you spoon feed them with all the answers, they will always be dependent on your leadership. This kind of leadership is not transgenerational. Let us encourage more persons to make decisions on their own. To parents, teachers, leaders, and anyone that has the privilege of giving direction. Let us give more clues, but not the direct answers. Let us ask questions that can stir up answers from within those that listen to you. This is how it works. This is how we can mass produce ripple effects of leadership, impact and influence in our society and make the world a better place for ourselves and posterity.

Questions are Powerful. They are the mother of all answers. Every goal you want to achieve is hinged on the question, how? In today's episode, I share 5 Questions that can be the game changer you need to achieve the result you desire in life, business or career.

- Everything affects everything else (Ripple effect - consider the analogy of throwing a stone once in a water and see the effect in the water - The universe is filled with energy just as the ocean is filled with water bodies) - How you do anything, affects everything else - No action is in isolation, it affects you in different ways after the act.

1. When opportunities show up, or when challenges show up, see it as layers, or See it as stages. - If you treat it as such, you'll be more intentional. 2. It is the intention that creates the onion effect, not the action. 3. Every action carries within it, and equal intention. - Action can be faked, but intention cannot. 4. The intention is the seed.

If you are faithful in little, you'll be faithful in much. - The Onion Effect is also known as the layer effect, or the ripple effect. - The Onion Effect starts with thought... That is why it is compulsory for you to dream. - Every action is a seed (Layer effect - The Onion has different layers... As you open one layer, you see another layer beneath.

It works in both ways - Positive and negative, depending on how you choose to use it. It is a tool that has made underdogs great. It has also served as a tool that has made giants crumble to nothing. It is subliminal in nature. It is unseen. Its power is uncanny and quiet, but dynamic. It's a principle that founders and marketers use to make their brands popular. Great products have built relevance on the onion effect. There are two sides to the onion effect, and when applied with intention and attitude, man will become invincible. The onion effect will become my watch phrase going forward.

Consistent and focused hardwork is the name of the game.
