The circle of Influence are those things you have direct control over - Yourself, your time, your thoughts, your decisions, process. However, your circle of control are those things that you don't have direct control over - People, government, weather, results. One of the major causes of mental stress is when you focus more on the result than the process (action - what you can do). When you focus more on things you can't control, you become Entitled, you give excuses, you start blaming, complaining, judging, defending...
