These DJ sets are part of an ongoing soundtrack I've been putting together during the quarantine for a literary project.

The Bridge, in particular, refers to a moment everyone has faced at least once in their life where they have a choice to make. If to believe in something bigger than themselves or not—to take a chance or not, and in some cases, to resist the temptation to give in to darker impulses to hurt themselves or continue to have faith in something, bigger than themselves, that tomorrow would, at least be a better day.

I hope to make it available as a companion piece once my book is published.

The name of this DJ set is taken from a section of a novel I've spent most of my time in quarantine working on. It's one of the most challenging parts of the manuscript and deals with death and loss. To write about it, I've had to revisit a time of my life where I lost so much, and the sound of this set is the literal reexperiencing of that pain. I wanted to make something useful and beautiful out of it, like the book. It's part of an ongoing soundtrack I've been putting together through the DJ sets and remixes I've created during the quarantine. I hope to make available as a companion piece once my book is published.
