Tate Wimberley is an Investment Banker with Madison Street Capital, LLC and is also registered under MSC-BC, MMC a member of Finra/SIPC. He serves as a fully bilingual [English & Spanish] licensed Managing Director at Madison Street Capital. In that capacity, Tate is responsible for identifying emerging growth companies in need of capital solutions. He specializes in solutions for small, middle market, and large companies that primarily seek to gain access to new capital both equity and debt, sell their existing business, or acquire another business for strategic reasons. In addition, Tate is adept at political, economic, social, technological, cultural and language requirements for doing business globally.

Tate completed his Master of Business Administration at Universität Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona, Spain. During his studies for the MBA he completed the summer certificate program at IHEID (The Graduate Institute) in Geneva, Switzerland on the WTO and legal and economic ramifications of global trade. Tate completed a Master of Science in Finance from Florida International University with honors. Tate earned his undergraduate degrees from UNC Chapel Hill in International Studies and Philology (Spanish). He was also a graduate of the Carolina Business Institute of the Kenan Flagler Business School and became fluent in Spanish after completing the Advanced Program in Language and Culture in Sevilla, Spain with UNC. He was a member of Sigma Delta Pi - the National Spanish Honors Society. Within the multidisciplinary Global Studies program his focus was on Political Economy and Spain & the Spanish Speaking World. Tate has also completed significant coursework in International Economics from Florida Atlantic University.

Within his finance career he not only has legal and regulatory expertise, but also has a great deal of success in an advisory capacity (Mergers and Acquisitions and Consultations directly to Board Members about recommended large scale strategic decisions). His experience with fundamental and variance analysis gives him an expertise in knowing what story is being told and the underlying current a business is facing by looking at their financials & data. Tate has all of the needed core technical and business skills needed for high level securities & corporate advisory, but he also realizes that businesses are human driven organizations.

Nathan Lewis has written four books on economic topics, and has been featured in television documentaries in the U.S., South Korea, China, Russia, and Britain. He has spoken at events hosted by the Cato Institute, Heritage Foundation, the American Principles Project, and others. He has testified in Congress on economic issues. His writing has appeared in many media outlets, including Forbes, the Financial Times, Huffington Post, Nikkei Business, Daily Reckoning, Worth, and other publications. Today, he serves as a Fellow of the Wealth and Poverty program at the Discovery Institute.

He has fifteen years of experience in the asset-management industry. He formerly served as a macro analyst for institutional investors, and later helped manage money for hedge funds. Today, he is the editor of the Polaris Letter, an investment newsletter for individuals.

Tamara is a technologist who emigrated from Azerbaijan and has forged a successful career as a technologist in the United States. As a project manager for several well-known media companies, she manages teams to overdeliver. Tamara is currently working on a book to describe her journey to success and inspire others to do the same.

Matteo Tagliariol is the 2008 Olympic champion in épée fencing. Outside of being an athlete, he is a father and man of many interests including business.

He likes to create digital content and organize fencing camps at an international level where he teaches students to better manage competitive situations. Matteo also speaks for companies on motivational topics based on his experience gained at the highest level of competitive fencing.

Josiah is a three-time Olympian who flew the flag for Malaysia at Athens 2004, Beijing 2008, and London 2012.

In 2004/2005 he was awarded the Olympian of the year and Sportsman of the year awards. Josiah won Malaysia's first and only cycling gold medal at the Commonwealth Games, has been the top-ranked Keirin cyclist in the world, and won the World Cup title twice along with the Asian Champion title 3-times throughout his career.

Josiah also co-founded and was the CEO of Australian hospitality tech start up, Intertain.com.au. He is also a published author, TEDx speaker, and Asian Games Gold Medal Coach. Josiah's mission is to inspire and teach others to dream big, set goals, and acquire the skill sets necessary to achieve their goals.

Kate is an IFBB Professional Olympian Athlete. She now focuses on preventative medicine through the medium of lifestyle intervention. Kate does so by utilizing nutrition, movement, and mindfulness as paths to optimize longevity and enhance lifespan performance.

As she pursues her Masters of Science at USC in the evolving interdisciplinary field of Gerontology, she's thrilled to expand her food coaching business into a more specialized genre of preventative medicine, research, and counseling.

Kate thrives when creating age-specific resources for clients with specific issues such as processed food addiction, chronic illness prevention, sleep deficit, and C-level stress management.

In her spare time, she is a social researcher, a volunteer crisis counselor, and a yoga teacher and personal trainer.

For over 30 years, Dr. Jonathan Reichental has been successfully helping organizations leverage the value of information and communications technology to solve business problems, increase effectiveness, and support revenue growth. He has a track record of delivering a high-volume of successful, multi-million-dollar projects and initiatives in both the private and public sectors.

Reichental is recognized as a global thought leader on a number of emerging trends including smart cities, the fourth industrial revolution, blockchain technology, data governance, and digital transformation. Reichental is currently the founder of Human Future, a global business and technology advisory, investment, and education firm.

He is formerly a multiple award-winning Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the City of Palo Alto, focusing on modernizing the technology environment and pushing the possibilities of innovation in local government. He had oversight for over $50M in technology funds per year, and during his seven-years at the city, successfully delivered over 250 technology projects.

Under Reichental’s leadership, Palo Alto was named one of the top five digital cities in America four years in a row, including the top spot in 2013. Reichental was awarded the distinction of being one of the 25 Doers, Dreamers, and Drivers in Government in America in 2013.  He also won a best CIO in Silicon Valley award and a national IT leadership prize. In 2016, he was named one of the top 20 most influential CIO’s in the United States and in 2017, he was named one of the top 100 CIOs in the world.

Prior to joining the City, Reichental served as CIO of O’Reilly Media, an integrated media company. During his tenure he led the successful technology effort to deploy a new global ecommerce platform, enhanced the financial system, maintained PCI-compliance, implemented an IT governance process, and made several strategic upgrades to the network infrastructure.

Before O’Reilly Media, he spent almost 15 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in a variety of technology-related roles including leading technology innovation for the US firm.

Reichental holds several degrees including a Ph.D. in Information Systems. He is an adjunct professor in the School of Management at the University of San Francisco and instructs at several other universities.

Nika Kabiri has spent over two decades studying how people make decisions in various contexts, from business to politics to relationships. She teaches decision science at the University of Washington and works as a consultant helping businesses understand consumer decision-making. She’s co-author of the bestselling book Money Off the Table: Decision Science and the Secret to Smarter Investing. She has also been featured in Business Insider, Yahoo News, Fast Company, and more, and has been a contributor to The Hill, Inside Sources, The Huffington Post, and others. Amit is the founder and chief consultant of Global Consulting Organization – a Globally-Positioned Project-Starting Firm that is visioning, branding & marketing the neighborhoods, communities and cities of the future. He loves playing pickleball, boating, and exploring all that South Florida has to offer.
