...Helen clearly believes in their mission and aims to become the change she hopes to see; a refreshing change of pace in an industry that is increasingly valuing dollar signs over all other factors. As we have seen with other markets, such as Innocent Smoothies and healthy drinks, sometimes it takes only one company to make the biggest change simply by showing a better, healthier and cleaner way of doing business. The High End is on the cusp of turning the tide, and for the betterment of the market, we hope the industry at large takes note quickly.
