Nonetheless, she’s worried she’ll be “stuck in the same unfulfilling role forever. In this episode, Martin takes ‘Kara’ through a full-on coaching call, helping her identify the parts of her life she wants to improve, the specific role she wants to pursue, and the companies she’s interested in working for. The call deals a lot with finding a good work/life balance, transferring skills from more physical hands-on roles to white-collar desk jobs, and creating a financial runway to reorient one’s career.
