Integral Leadership Being the Change You Wish to See! with Tiffany Elsener - Virtual Coach for Conscious Leaders - S03E03

45m · Published 17 Nov 08:06

Our guest this week is certified Virtual Coach for Conscious Leaders Tiffany Elsener, CPCC.

I’m excited to share my conversation and interview with Tiffany Elsener with you today.

She coaches awesome ambitious remote workers (both employed or entrepreneurs), so instead of feeling isolated or stuck, they can excel while feeling supported and no longer alone. She really helps them by focusing on stuff that matters and move more quickly through challenges of leadership in this modern world so they can build a wildly thriving career and values-driven life.

Gleaning from education and learning through institutions including McGill University, Cornell University, and Graduate Institute for Transformative Learning, Tiffany has shared her approach of inspirational leadership over the last decade of working in operational management roles in events, luxury hospitality and tourism. Tiffany has mastered her coaching craft through becoming a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC).

She has touched 7 continents, experienced 30+ countries, worked abroad in 5 countries and learned lessons that come from continually pushing herself outside of her comfort zones.

Today, Tiffany takes us on to a journey of Integral Leadership and being the change you wish to see.

Key Takeaway Summary from Season 3, Episode 03:

We learn about Integral Leadership and discover what role physical intelligence, emotional intelligence, mental, and spiritual intelligence play.

We find out how you might apply aspects of Integral Leadership already and how to enhance this type of forward-thinking leadership style for best possible results for you and your team

We also cover self-care and self-awareness areas of being a leader, including the importance of simply taking time to ‘be’ instead of constantly having the ‘doing-mode’ on

Resources mentioned during the podcast:

Commonly misattributed quote “Be the change you wish to see in the world”:

A quick Google search shows oodles of images of the quote in question. This is a paraphrase from Gandhi's 98 volumes of writings. In Vol. 13, Ch. 153, page 241, published in 1913, the actual text reads: "We but mirror the world. All the tendencies present in the outer world are to be found in the world of our body. If we could change ourselves, the tendencies in the world would also change. As a man changes his own nature, so does the attitude of the world change towards him. […] We need not wait to see what others do.”

Welcome to Season 3 with Nadine Stille - CoachMe Founder and Podcast Host - S03E00

3m · Published 20 Oct 06:49

Hello and welcome to the CoachMe Podcast!

My name is Nadine Stille, Founder of CoachMe, and your podcast host!

I can’t quite believe that it’s Season 3 already and yet – here we are.

I’m excited to bring you interviews with our CoachMe Featured coaches that will leave you inspired, challenged, entertained, and supported – wherever you are around the world.

And before I tell you what you can expect from this season and why we’d love to have you tune in, I’d like to fill you in on a few changes.

The pandemic has, of course, had it’s impact on us too. There are three things that I’d like to mention here:

1. For one, we are no longer recording our podcast in a recording studio in person but virtually from our respective homes or locations. This is why you may hear some unusual background noises that you wouldn’t have heard on season 1 and 2.

2. As we’re no longer recording in a studio, we are at times also recording our interviews via video. So, if you’re more of a visual person, you’ll be able to check out our recordings on the CoachMe YouTube channel.

3. The third point here is something you may already know or have picked up on. We’ve rebranded from CoachMe Vancouver to CoachMe, and gone global. We’ve realized that my current location does not impact where you want to be coached, where you tune in from, or where our coaches are located. We are global and can support you wherever you’re at.

With this in mind, here are 3 reasons why I think you’ll love tuning in:

1. There will be passionate, qualified, experienced, and supportive coaches who are sharing their knowledge and insights so you can thrive in career and life.

2. As usual, there will also be plenty to learn on career, leadership, wellbeing, goal achievement, entrepreneurial topics – to name just few - to help you drive your personal and professional development.

3. And of course, we have Coaching Moments for you to identify what works best in your particular situation.

Every second Tuesday you can expect a new CoachMe podcast episode that you can listen to via

- your preferred podcast host, such as Spotify, Apple Podcast, and Stitcher and many more,

- CoachMe on YouTube,

- or our website at www.CoachMe.global

To not miss out on any of the action and get regular updates and insight, please join our CoachMe Newsletter Community at CoachMe.global/newsletter

Can’t wait to bring these podcast interviews to you.

Sending you warm, virtual hugs – it’s 2020 after all.

Stay curious! Nadine
