Leap Your Way Out of Conflict with A.J. Grossman III, J.D., LL.M, Esquire
29m · PublishedIt got my wife’s attention when I told her I was going to speak with a divorce attorney.
However, this was not a typical conversation with a divorce attorney because my guest on this episode, A.J. Grossman III, J.D., LL.M, Esquire, is not your typical divorce attorney—and I am nowhere near looking to get a divorce!
What drew me to want to speak with A.J., was his conversation model (LEAP: Listen, Empathize, Affirm, Problem Solve) which is very much aligned with my model (CLEAR: Create, Listen, Explore, Address and Resolve). Moreover, as a divorce attorney, A.J. is an expert in handling conflict resolution—and with all the conflict in the world (and in marriages) that’s a conversation we should be having a conversation about.
A.J. is the Founder, CEO, Attorney, and Mediator at Leap Frog Divorce: https://www.leapfrogdivorce.com/. AJ is the only experienced, practicing family law attorney in Florida who holds a Master of Laws degree from the #1-ranked dispute resolution program in the United States: The Straus Institute at Pepperdine School of Law. He’s a fellow podcaster. His podcast is called LEAP: Listen, Empathize, Affirm, Problem Solve. He says that he gets a deep fulfillment and satisfaction in helping people get through the most stressful problems they will likely ever experience during their lifetime.
