Our guest on this episode was Jodee Bock. Jodee and I had a wide-ranging conversation about conversations. We discussed the importance of words and trust. We compared the experiences we’ve had and learning we’ve gotten from some of the same people and educational organizations that have shaped and influenced our perspectives and philosophies (i.e. Michael Singer, Napoleon Hill and Landmark Education).

He's the Founder and President of two businesses: HJZ Productions and Viridity Entertainment Services (VES). The former is a staffing agency for TV Crews; the latter helps businesses do quality livestream broadcasts.

He's also the host of a podcast called TV Crew Talk and mentors new and aspiring television sports freelancers. He stands for excellence in broadcasting.

It got my wife’s attention when I told her I was going to speak with a divorce attorney.

However, this was not a typical conversation with a divorce attorney because my guest on this episode, A.J. Grossman III, J.D., LL.M, Esquire, is not your typical divorce attorney—and I am nowhere near looking to get a divorce!

What drew me to want to speak with A.J., was his conversation model (LEAP: Listen, Empathize, Affirm, Problem Solve) which is very much aligned with my model (CLEAR: Create, Listen, Explore, Address and Resolve). • Sam is a freshman engineering student at Montana State University. 
• He was a 4.0 student in high school who during his athletic career has been captain of his varsity football and rugby teams 
• He’s started two businesses: (one as a small child) a lemonade and small crafts and snacks stand called Hawthorne 503 and a second business (as a teenager) a fine woodworking business called 503 Building.
• He’s an incredible woodworker but his physical talents are matched by his keen intellect.

I am beyond proud of him.
