Renee has been a construction project administrator, mainly in finance. She has lived in a couple states which has allowed her to jump into many new experiences. 

These experiences include the customer service industry, a sewing YouTube channel, and working on construction sites. 

She started construction in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina while flipping homes. 

Renee made her way through government, commercial, and residential construction. 

Her job experiences are varied but she has become a pro at networking via social media to find info on jobs, bosses, companies, and most importantly, other women in construction!
