Welcome to Dreamers vs. Doers The Podcast with your Host Meagan Johnson! Remember years ago when we dreamt about living in that house of our dreams, building a business that lights us up, and being overall our happy, healthy, most successful selves? Then BOOM, years pass us by and it didn’t work out? Why do you think that is? Personally, I believe the difference is the Dreamers vs. Doers. The easiest thing on earth to do is to dream, so easy we all can do it in our sleep. But “doing” is a whole ‘nother thing! Doing, requires that we reach beyond our limiting beliefs, self sabotaging behaviors, and go after it sometimes without a clue on how the hell to get there. It’s the DOERS that move forward in life and go on to become their most confident selves simply because they had the courage to do so. Each week we will discuss ways in which you can embrace the Dreamer in you and uncover the roaring Doer so that you can stop watching from the outside. My goal is to help you unlock the fear and doubt that is holding you back and create massive action so that you can have the life you’ve always desired. I’ve also invited along special guests to share their journey's with you and to share tips and inspiration to help you embark on your journey. Now, who’s ready to stop JUST DREAMING and start DOING?

Boundaries Check In

Have you been feeling out of alignment? Starting to feel resentment, anger or pissed off at certain people or situations? Let’s do a boundaries check in. Oftentimes we start to have these feelings because we don’t have strong boundaries set in place. 

In this episode you will learn: 

  • How to check in with yourself to make sure you are putting yourself first
  • How to set clear boundaries whether verbal or nonverbal
  • Boundaries are different for everyone and every situation
  • We are all human and not everyone has the same boundaries

Boundaries are not meant to be too mean or harsh. Boundaries benefit everyone most importantly you. If we don’t have clear boundaries we will feel used and disrespected which leads us to show up in a negative, resentful energy. None of us want to feel that way.
