As a kid, Troy was two things, creative and not very good at sports. Having left school early to setup an IT business, he found himself with some time on his hands in 2010 and created a hobby for himself which brought two elements of his childhood.  Junk Kouture was born.  Little did he know at the time, Junk Kouture would become a business in it's own right, the world's first sport for creatives was born and now exists across some 20 countries with kids from the ages of 13 to 18 taking part every year.

Ryan was born and raised in the Bay Area of Northern California. At the age of 19, he enlisted in the US Army and served in Germany and Bosnia during the conflict in the Balkans. After three years of service, Ryan received an honorable discharge and went on to attend Diablo Valley College. His exceptional academic performance earned him a full scholarship to St. Mary's College of California, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics.

While at St. Mary's College, Ryan founded his first company, a junk removal and hauling business, which surpassed $1 million in revenue by the time he graduated. Over the following decade, he expanded his entrepreneurial ventures into various sectors, including a chain of recycling centers, a general engineering business, a property preservation company, a limo bus service, and several other enterprises. In 2014, after selling his general engineering business, Ryan transitioned into the construction technology industry, launching a nationwide construction drafting service and a marketplace for dirt.

Ryan has been actively involved in the blockchain space since 2013, contributing to multiple projects. One of his most recent collaborations was with astronaut Scott Kelly, where they released a non-fungible token (NFT) that raised over $500,000 to support relief efforts in Ukraine.

Gerren Sprauve is originally from the United States Virgin Islands. 

For much of his life Gerren has been an ambassador for others, always looking out for those in need, less fortunate, etc.  Gerren has always simply wanted to do good.  Due to choices made, experiences had and the ultimate labels he placed on them in his mind, he struggled to value himself.  And like many of us out there, Gerren decided to build a business to mask much of what was going on on the inside.   The industry he chose.  The name of his business.  They all pointed to something he was experiencing and after, but he ran, hoping to do good vs find the good within.
