PROFILE: Kumar has interest in community service and has founded Opportunities Australia (OA) to provide people with free mentoring and employment opportunities. OA has grown to over 80 volunteers in one year, all of whom are university qualified and successful professionals (doctors, engineers, lawyers etc). 

Kumar also joined emergency services Marine Rescue and SES. He also volunteers at charities like Vinnies, Tribal Warrior and Wayside Chapel which help the homeless. Kumar is also a council candidate for the City of Sydney. Kumar Jha is a self-motivated and passionate advertising and marketing executive with over 20 years of experience. He has worked with brands like Citibank, Kmart, Integral Energy, Radisson Hotel and Swissotel to name a few.
