Humans have gone through a lot in the last two years. With the emergence of a pandemic and the continued need to adjust and adapt our version of “normal,” a secondary pandemic has come on scene: burnout. We all have a pandemic story, and as the demands of work and home-life continue to evolve, people are becoming exhausted in a big and damaging way.
