Victoria Bailey has been the executive director of TDF (Theatre Development Fund) since 2001. TDF is dedicated to bringing the performing arts to everyone by engaging and cultivating a broad and diverse audience and eliminating barriers to attendance. Tory envisions a world where the transformative experience of attending live theatre is essential, relevant, accessible, and inspirational. During her 20-year tenure, Tory has led the development of the new TKTS booth at Duffy Square, the expansion of education programs, and the introduction of sensory friendly Broadway performances. She’s a Professor at the School of the Arts at Columbia University, and a member of the board at the Times Square Alliance. Cody Renard Richard is an advocate, educator, producer, and professional stage manager with a career that spans Broadway, television, Cirque Du Soleil, and opera. On Broadway, he has stage managed 14 productions and was most recently the Production Stage Manager and Associate Director for FREESTYLE LOVE SUPREME, a co-producer on THOUGHTS OF A COLORED MAN, and is now working on the tour of MOULIN ROUGE. As a philanthropist and activist, he has worked with numerous organizations, including Broadway Advocacy Coalition where he founded The Cody Renard Richard Scholarship Program for aspiring BIPOC theater makers. Kellie Overbey, is—to quote her Twitter and Instagram bios—a “democrat, activist, feminist, actor, reader, writer, knitter,” and, perhaps most importantly, a “mouthy agitator.” Kellie has worked for over 30 years as a professional actress in theater, television, and film. She has performed in over 70 plays, has written several plays, and penned the screenplay for the 2012 film That’s What She Said. Kellie is an Eastern Principal Councilor at Actors Equity Association, the co-founder and executive director of A Is For, which works to eradicate stigma against abortion care, and a founding member of Fair Wage On Stage, which advocates for fair wages for artists working in the theater.
