Making the transition into a business role can be a challenging shift as there is less opportunity to interact with patients and experience the excitement of being in a clinic. However, Tina shares that she was able to find a new type of fulfillment with a role that has a larger impact on patients on a larger scale.

Luckily our guest, Jen Bosl, VP of People Services, shares with our hosts, Grace and Doug, practical ways to manage life the way you want to live it. While there is no perfect science, the first step is to understand what matters most to you, thinking about what you would like your life to look, and then having the courage move the needle to create life alignment. Jen also shares insight into how you can lead others to understand how they can take ownership of navigating their work-life alignment. If you find yourself struggling to make time for what you value in life, this episode is a great way to find practical insight into how you can live the life you want!
