Lance Lang has devoted his life to inspiring hope in those suffering from addiction, sharing his own journey from addiction to brokenness to freedom. From growing up as a pastor’s son under the watchful eye of small-town America to leading a $30 million project management firm at the age of 25, the pressure to perform and live up to others’ expectations was a way of life for Lance. As the heaviness of these burdens grew, Lance turned to drugs and alcohol to keep up, creating a years-long cycle of abuse and addiction that destroyed his hope and left him in a reclusive, depressive state he thought would be his life forever
But God had a different plan.
Lance’s pull to sobriety is nothing short of a miracle. God pursued him and in a moment’s notice changed everything in his life. Since getting clean & sober in April of 2011, Lance has gone on to inspire thousands of others to do the same.
In October of 2012, Lance founded Hope is Alive Ministries. Today HIA has eight homes filled with men and women working to restore their lives. He has written four books and tells his story hundreds of times each year all across the country.

Almost a decade ago the world got to know Justin Wren through his successful mixed martial arts career. Today he finds his greatest fulfillment through his foundation The Justin Wren Foundation dba Fight For The Forgotten.
His purpose and passion is for the most bullied people group, the pygmies. Through his Fight For The Forgotten initiative, 1,500 members of a formerly enslaved people group in the DRC “Congo” are now free and flourishing on 3,000 acres of their own land with access to clean water and their own farms.
Currently, he is focused on the Batwa pygmies in Uganda where he is working to bring hope to the Batwa’s desperate plight. These people are going extinct because of their deplorable living conditions and treatment by other countrymen. Through Fight For The Forgotten, he has been able to recently purchase farmland for them, farming tools and seed for crops along with providing water wells and building a latrine. A new deep solar pump water well has been dug at a school and orphanage where Batwa children now attend and some live. He admits there is much work to still be done but where there was once hopelessness, he is now seeing hope for the Batwa pygmies.
Today, Justin “The Big Pygmy” Wren has expanded his Fight For the Forgotten non-profit to empower others who don’t have a voice. He regularly speaks to raise awareness for those affected by the water crisis, as well as those who are bullied, and those suffering from depression and addiction. He is developing a bully prevention/character development curriculum that is being implemented nation-wide in martial arts academies with a vision to grow it into schools.
Justin is passionate about sharing with organizations, schools, academies and youth events in order to break the lifelong chains of bullying and encourage our youth to put kindness and compassion into action.

Matt is a recent graduate from the University of Oklahoma and the co-founder of Oklahoma based SaaS startup Respond Flow.
As Chief Growth Officer, Matt’s focus is on driving growth through product, marketing, and sales alignment. After growing Respond Flow from an idea in the classroom to a profitable business, it became clear that the key to success was doing things that don’t scale and making technology more human.
