Laura Gallagher is a visionary business and community leader with expertise in entrepreneurship, marketing, public relations, digital media and leadership. Laura began her business right out of college and has grown it over the past 30 years into a leading public relations, social media and web development firm. Even at 23 years old when she began Laura knew she needed a team of creative people to work for and with her. The Creative Company give its clients a full service experience.

Laura is one of 90 women in Wisconsin to be recognized by the Governor as a Trailblazer in Wisconsin. She is the SBA's 2019 Women's Business Champion of the Year.  She is a proud alumnus of the Goldman Sach's 10,000 Small Businesses Entrepreneurial program at Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts. 

One of her most recent roles was as a North American Regional Ambassador and Spokesperson for Women's Entrepreneurship Day, a global movement empowering and celebrating women worldwide. She served as a Global Ambassador representing the United States and Wisconsin from June, 2017 through June, 2019.

Grace Elsner is a high school senior at Visitation Academy in St. Louis MO. She began babysitting in 4th grade. For the past eight years Grace has grown her babysitting gigs it into a full service babysitting, animal care, and  nanny service. Along with all of this she has created Dine & Drop, a unique Saturday night game night  for children from toddlers to 6th graders. Parents drop off their kids for an evening of games, crafts, movies and the Glow stick dance party.
