Today’s topic is GOALS. It’s January and the New Year. Most people think of New Year’s resolutions. Some think of goals instead of resolutions. Either way, the new year is a fresh start from most perspectives. However, resolutions or goals can begin at any time.

What is it that you want to do in 2024? Is it achieve a goal, fulfill a resolution, develop a habit or develop a routine?

Have you ever done a "Word of the Year"? Last year my word was SIMPLIFY. I did okay at simplifying my life. I continue to work on simplifying each and every day.
This year my word is CONSISTENT. I want to be consistent in what I do so that when I get to 1/1/25, I will have achieved many of my goals.

What would life look like if you didn't have so many clothes, coffee mugs, or shoes? What would life look like if you spent your time the way you want to or didn't watch as many shoes on the television or spent so much time scrolling through social media? 
What if you had the time to read, work in your flower or vegetable garden, put together a puzzle or spent time woodworking?
What if you didn't have to spend so much time cleaning because you led a more simple life and all that cleaning wasn't necessary?
