A study from Oregon Health Sciences University revealed that overweight women who had taken up relaxation techniques lost an average of 10 pounds…without trying. The idea is that these women were less stressed - they weren’t flooding their body with stress hormones, which are known to increase appetite. So, find a quiet, comfortable place. Then close your eyes and breathe deeply for five minutes each day. A proper HA is all about SKILL, POSTURE & HEART ♥️

1. Compose yourself but have high energy
2. Expect that they’ll want to start BUT don’t be attached
3. Fall in love with their story & Get lost in their story
4. My primary objective is to know
- What they want
- Why they want it
- Why they haven’t had it
- What’s preventing them from reaching those goals
- How long has it been since they’ve been there or have been trying to get there
- How are they eating & drinking currently and how much are they spending daily/weekly
5. My story
6. Repeat back what I heard
7. Give them an ideal of when they can reach their goals, count out months
8. SHARE & Explain 4 components & tailor specifically to them. Explain Fully trilogy if necessary
9. Answer questions
10. Invite
11. Sign up or Follow up
12. Two or more is always better than one
