Traci Hill has spent her career being recruited to work with some of the country’s biggest companies. Having started out in telecom and software sales, Traci later sold staffing services and became the first African American female division Director for Robert Half Technology when promoted to open an office in Richmond, VA. This was not the first or last time she was the only woman or person or color at the table.

The vast experience gained over the years partnering with managers within companies such as Lockheed Martin, Belk Department Stores, Coca Cola led to her starting and revamping sales and recruiting offices nationally.

A decade or so into her career she took time off to get to know her toddlers and used her knowledge to consult small and midsized companies on how to find, compete for, hire and retain top talent.

To make an effort to maintain a work-life balance and her passion for DE&I, Traci utilized her experience to exceed expectations recruiting talent at companies such as Accenture Federal, Capital One and Meta.
