We talk to Composer, Director, Tech Entrepreneur and Infinity Works in-house Storyteller Tim Benjamin in this episode of Let's Get Disruptive!

 

Tim has proved to be a multi-talented leader, musician, tech head and communicator, achieving great things in many different industries so we relished the opportunity to chat about everything from aliens to climate change, modern opera, mountaineering and e-learning.

 

Having rapidly grown his first startup in 1989 to 25 people deploying software to millions of homes, Tim's career is firmly rooted in tech.

 

In this episode, Tim gives us an insight into the importance of capitalising on the creative link between music and technology, what being a Director means to him, understanding and implementing effective people managment as well as his outlook on making mistakes and failures plus the impact that the digital age is having on global warming.
