Posture and Alignment

Posture & Alignment is integral to all voice work, but why? What's the big deal? It's not just lying on the floor & breathing, let's be clear about that...but sometimes that's a nice place to start.

Becoming aware of your vocal & physical habit leads to the ability to begin to change that behaviour. Be an agent of your own change...
