5 Easy Social Media Tactics to Find Your Ideal Clients

37m · Published 13 Oct 22:38

Is your business making you feel like you're alone and nobody seems to want what you're offering? Then my friend, you need some visibility.

On this episode, I talk about my TOP 5 SOCIAL MEDIA TACTICS TO FIND YOUR IDEAL CLIENTS (and Expand Your Network)

It's true, social media makes it a little tricky to reach our ideal followers and clients, but I promise that if you do these 5 steps consistently everyday, you'll have a steady stream of new followers, fans, and friends in your community that can relate to you.

* Disclaimer* : this is not a training that shows you how to have 100k followers in a short span of time. I like to put my efforts toward QUALITY engagement, instead of quantity.

I've made consistent 5-figure months in the last 3 years with only 4000 followers on Instagram and less than 2000 fans on Facebook. Once you know how to connect to the right audience, sales happen. And i'd rather have 5000 loyal followers than 20,000 strangers in my community

What is Toxic Productivity and How Do You Fight It?

31m · Published 04 Oct 21:31

Why so toxic?

2 days ago, I was talking to my fiance about how all my plans "went to trash" because I wasn't able to record 3 webinars like I scheduled.

So since he is my accountability buddy, he looked at the list of what I've accomplished that day, and he gave me a startled look. He says, "are you kidding me?"

That day, I was able to schedule content for the whole month of October, I made my team announcements, I did a team strategy Zoom call, I launched a brand new media gallery, wrapped up some projects over email, and I did a Live broadcast.

But after all of that, I was beating myself up for missing one activity. In my head, it was an urgent one that I didn't want to be behind on. And that's when I realized...

I just fell victim to toxic productivity.

Since the pandemic happened, more and more people have fallen victim to toxic productivity. But the good news is that you can tell the symptoms. And if you can tell the symptoms, you can fight it.

On this episode, I tell you about my fight against toxic productivity and how you can tell if you have the symptoms.

Energy Management is the New Time Management

34m · Published 27 Sep 05:07

If you've been concerned about "not having enough time" to do the things you want to do... time might not actually be the issue. Listen up!

Here's the thing...

When I really look at the moments I said "I have no time for that," time wasn't usually the issue. It was that I had no mental space and energy for those things. And I think that's worth a discussion.

So let's talk about Time Management vs Energy Management in your business and how you can effectively manage both so that you can have a more positive attitude around your work.

4 Steps I Took to Stop Being a Digital Slave (and Be a Better Entrepreneur)

40m · Published 21 Sep 00:08

Have you seen "The Social Dilemma"?! It's such an important discussion and I don't think I talk about it enough!

As online entrepreneurs, we tread these digital waters everyday to make a living and our attachment to devices has become synonymous to productivity. There's so much misunderstanding around that and I don't hold this belief!

I've lived my days of being a digital slave - and it wasn't from an angle of addiction. I just simply thought that if I wasn't literally bonded to my phone every waking minute, I MISS OUT on opportunities. Turns out it was doing more harm than good.

With everything that goes on online, there's helpless consumption and conscious consumption of content. As online business owners, we have to choose the latter and contribute to healthier interaction online.

On this episode, I talk about the 4 Steps I Took to Stop Being a Digital Slave and Become a Better Person (and Entepreneur) for My Community.

How to Sell with Confidence

21m · Published 19 Aug 03:29

People’s acceptance of selling is somewhat controversial as so many marketers do it wrong. And yet, not one soul can contest the fact that in a business, you don’t get paid to ‘share’, the money only comes in when you make a sale.

As a solopreneur, my sales skill is the bloodline of my livelihood. But for a long time, I was afraid of selling. I am an introvert who doesn’t have the natural talent for small talk. Being taught by mentors to “share, not sell” did not help either. If anything, it prevented me from being good at sales.

Looking back, I can recall several reasons why I lacked the confidence in selling, which I also see in so many of the entrepreneurs I’ve coached.

7 Metrics to Measure Your Productivity

9m · Published 15 Jun 01:30

“It’s been a productive day so far.” – What does that even mean? Do you really know what that means? One thing I could tell you is that it doesn’t mean the same thing as busy. A person could accomplish 80% of the tasks on their to-do list and still not be any closer to achieving their goals. Measuring your productivity allows you to avoid “busy work” so that you can dedicate your time and energy to the things that matter.
