Debbie is a 28-year veteran of women’s professional golf and an LPGA Class A Teaching and Club Professional (T&CP), popular and entertaining speaker, author and owner of Golf-Positive, LLC. Since receiving her certification in Strategic Intervention, based on human needs psychology, Debbie expanded her coaching business to add life results coaching.

An experienced media personality, Debbie has appeared multiple times on the Golf Channel and formally hosted radio shows dedicated to women’s golf. Golf Positive partnered with Audible Inc - an Amazon-owned company - to record a golf tip series hosted by Debbie called, “Game Time Golf Positive.” Debbie is a dynamic, engaging speaker and leadership advocate who has been the keynote speaker for many major corporations. Debbie also has extensive experience in golf event management. She executes corporate golf outings and travel packages to the Solheim Cup competition.

Debbie is the lead LPGA Professional for the LPGA Leadership Academy, whose mission is to teach teenage girls leadership skills through the game of golf. She is also a Co-site coordinator for the Greater Newark Girls Golf Program. Debbie also co-hosted the first Golf Day in association with Anthony Robbins “Unleash the Power Within” program in March 2016.

Before establishing Golf Positive, LLC, Debbie spent over 20 years as a club professional, including 15 years as a Country Club Head Golf Professional.
